What Just Happened
AI Interview Analyzer is now a transactable SaaS offer on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. You can subscribe to our platform directly from the Azure Portal, and the cost appears on your existing Azure invoice.
This is not a listing page or a "contact us" button. You select a plan, purchase it, activate your account, and start analyzing interviews. All through Azure.

Why Azure Marketplace Matters
If you work in an enterprise with a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, you already know the pain of onboarding new vendors. Procurement reviews, new payment methods, security assessments, budget approvals. Weeks of back and forth before you can even try a tool.
Azure Marketplace removes most of that friction:
- Azure credits apply. If your organization has a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC), your AI Interview Analyzer subscription counts toward it. You are spending money you already committed to spend.
- One invoice. The charge appears on your existing Azure bill. No new vendor, no new payment method, no new procurement process.
- Pre-approved channel. Many enterprises have Azure Marketplace as an approved purchasing channel. No additional vendor onboarding required.
- Microsoft-verified. Every offer on Azure Marketplace goes through Microsoft's review process. Security, privacy, and compliance are checked before an offer goes live.
What Plans Are Available
We offer three subscription plans on Azure Marketplace, identical to our direct plans:

All plans include the same features: AI-powered interview analysis, candidate comparison, feedback generation, 24 EU languages, GDPR compliance, and EU AI Act readiness. The only difference is the number of credits per month.
Credits are consumed differently depending on the mode. Pasting a transcript uses the fewest credits. Uploading or recording audio costs more because it includes transcription. Live recording with real-time AI suggestions costs the most because the AI works alongside you during the interview.
Need more credits mid-month? Credit top-ups are also available through Azure Marketplace. The charge appears on your next Azure invoice, just like the subscription.
How to Purchase: Step by Step
Here is the complete process from finding us on Azure Marketplace to running your first AI-analyzed interview.
1. Find AI Interview Analyzer on Azure Marketplace
Go to the Azure Portal and search for "AI Interview Analyzer" in the Marketplace section. You will see our offer page with plan details, pricing, and technical information.

2. Select a Plan and Subscribe
Choose Basic, Standard, or Enterprise based on how many interviews you analyze per month. Click "Subscribe." Azure will ask you to confirm your subscription and select the Azure subscription to bill against.
3. Configure on Our Landing Page
After purchase, Azure redirects you to our activation page. If you already have an AI Interview Analyzer account, sign in to link the subscription. If you are new, create an account in about two minutes.
Azure handles all payments, so registration is fast. Sign in with Microsoft, accept the terms of service, and the account is ready. Your organization name is generated automatically and can be renamed later in Settings.
4. Start Analyzing Interviews
Once activated, your credits are loaded immediately. Open the dashboard, create a recruitment, and run your first interview. The experience is identical whether you purchased through Azure or directly.

Direct Purchase vs. Azure Marketplace
Both purchasing channels give you exactly the same product. The difference is in how you pay and manage your subscription.

If your company uses Azure, the Marketplace path is almost always simpler. If you are an independent recruiter or a small team without an Azure subscription, our direct billing is the way to go.
Technical Details
For IT teams evaluating the integration:
- Data residency. All data is processed and stored within the EU (West Europe and Sweden Central Azure regions).
- Authentication. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) single sign-on is supported. You can sign in with the same Microsoft account used for Azure.
- Infrastructure. The entire platform runs on Microsoft Azure. The Marketplace subscription is a natural extension of an Azure-native stack.
- Compliance. GDPR compliant, EU AI Act ready (Article 12 and 13), with a signed Data Processing Agreement available for each organization.
- Desktop app. Windows 10/11 desktop application with MSI installer and auto-update. Works alongside the web portal.
- Web app. Modern browser support (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). Full feature parity with the desktop app.
For Existing Customers
If you are already using AI Interview Analyzer with a direct subscription, you can switch to Azure Marketplace billing. Cancel your current subscription, then purchase through Azure Marketplace. Your account, interviews, and all data remain untouched. Only the billing source changes.
Credits you have already purchased are kept regardless of how you pay.
What Comes Next

- Browser extension for recording Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet interviews directly from Chrome or Edge
