Last updated: February 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Interview Analyzer ('the Service'), provided by AI Interview Analyzer sp. z o.o., ul. Kaliny Jędrusik 6/53, 01-748 Warszawa, Poland, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

AI Interview Analyzer is a software platform that assists recruiters in recording, transcribing, and analyzing job interviews using AI. The Service provides: audio recording and transcription, AI-powered question/answer extraction, scoring against custom criteria, candidate comparison, professional feedback generation, and PDF report creation. The AI serves as a decision SUPPORT tool — it does not make hiring decisions.

Accounts & Access

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when processing interviews. Subscription plans include monthly credits, and additional credits can be purchased as top-up packs. All credits accumulate — there is no monthly reset. Credits are valid for a minimum of 12 months from their grant date. Prices are in EUR. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and employment law. You must: (1) obtain explicit consent from interview candidates before recording or analysis; (2) not use AI analysis as the sole basis for hiring decisions; (3) not attempt to circumvent the consent flow; (4) not use the Service to discriminate against protected groups; (5) not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service; (6) not share account credentials with unauthorized users.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by AI Interview Analyzer and protected by intellectual property laws. Your interview data, transcripts, and reports remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI analysis will be error-free or suitable for any particular hiring decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination: (1) your access to the Service will be revoked; (2) your data will be retained according to our data retention policy; (3) you may request export of your data within 30 days; (4) unused credits are non-refundable. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable European Union legislation, including the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and by the national law of the member state where the data controller is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
