How we use AI in AI Interview Analyzer

Purpose of AI
AI Interview Analyzer, provided by AI Interview Analyzer sp. z o.o., ul. Kaliny Jędrusik 6/53, 01-748 Warszawa, Poland, uses artificial intelligence as a decision SUPPORT tool, not a decision maker. The AI assists recruiters by transcribing interviews, extracting questions and answers, scoring responses against defined criteria, and generating feedback. All final hiring decisions are made by humans.
AI Models Used
We use Azure OpenAI (GPT) for text analysis, scoring, and feedback generation. Azure Speech Services is used for audio transcription with speaker diarization. Text embeddings are used for matching answers to evaluation criteria.
Data Processing
All AI processing occurs within the EU (Azure West Europe region). Microsoft does not train models on your data. Audio files are encrypted at rest. All candidate data — recordings, transcripts, and reports — is automatically deleted after a configurable retention period (default: 12 months from the hiring decision), which can be adjusted per organization and per candidate.
Limitations & Prohibited Uses
The AI does NOT analyze voice tone/pitch, detect accents, estimate ethnicity, score 'cultural fit', or make predictions about protected characteristics. It only evaluates factual content of answers against explicitly defined criteria.
Your Rights
Candidates can request access to all data collected about them, request deletion at any time, withdraw consent, and receive their data in a portable format. The recruiter always makes the final decision.
